Choose a source for the material and marking result, then match the field lens and workholding to the part. MOPA models are available at 30W, 60W and 100W; the 50W models use Q-switched sources.
Configure for the application
The standard fiber optical package provides a 100 × 100 mm working area. Additional field lenses, rotary positioning, a 2D worktable, powered focusing and fume extraction are available. A larger field changes energy density and should be evaluated on representative parts.
Before ordering
Share the material grade, coating, target mark, dimensions and production volume. Quoted speed and accuracy are equipment reference specifications, not guaranteed results on every material. Confirm the required guarding, extraction and electrical supply before installation.
